| NORTH COUNTY AND SOUTH COUNTY REGIONAL MASTER PLANS San Luis Obispo County, California Fraser Seiple analyzed previous master plans and capital project projections, then provided opportunity-and-constraint analysis, programming, and master planning of regional County facilities on a 5-acre Templeton site and 35-acre Arroyo Grande site owned by the County. Growth was projected over a 25 year period and the level of detail extended to conceptual landscape/ hardscape and drainage design. Most of the North County regional master plan is now implemented with structures for various County agencies. Client: San Luis Obispo County |
