The Glenn Burdette Phillips & Bryson building is a new custom office for this established accounting firm. The 8,500 square foot structure includes 2,700 square feet of interim lease space, planned for GBP&B’s future expansion, and a 720 square foot second floor space for server equipment and long term storage. Fraser Seiple provided services for the building shell and all tenant improvements.

Exterior materials include brick, plaster, and raised batten metal roofing. A custom, operable window system works with projected, cast-stone cornices to provide maximum daylight with minimal solar gain.
